Home & Living

Daily Tasks & Shared Living

Living with housemates works best when the daily things run smoothly. We help with cooking, cleaning, routines and getting along — in a shared home. You still choose how you live. We are there for the parts that are hard to do alone.

  • Help with the daily tasks of a shared home
  • Your own routine respected, not one routine for everybody
  • Calm, fair support when housemates disagree

Specialist Disability Accommodation

Specialist Disability Accommodation, or SDA, is about the home — a house or apartment built or changed to suit people with very high support needs. Wider doors, hoists, level entries, and safe design. SDA pays for the home. The support workers who help you inside that home are funded separately, usually through Supported Independent Living.

  • A home designed for your access and safety needs
  • A clear, plain explanation of what SDA does and does not cover
  • Honest advice about whether SDA is likely to suit you

Supported Independent Living

Supported Independent Living, or SIL, is the help you get at home with everyday activities. Getting up, cooking, cleaning, medication, getting ready for the day, and support overnight if you need it. How much support you get is up to you and your needs. The goal is always to help you do more for yourself over time.

  • Support at home shaped around your routine, not ours
  • Workers who know you, so you are not explaining yourself again each shift
  • Skill building, so you do more for yourself as time goes on

Accommodation & Tenancy Support

Finding a home is hard. Keeping it can be harder. We help you look for a place that suits you, understand what you are signing, deal with the real estate agent, and keep on top of the things that put a tenancy at risk. So your home stays your home.

  • Help finding a place that actually suits your needs
  • Paperwork and agreements explained in plain English
  • Support to keep your home, not just to get it

Personal Care & Daily Activities

Showering, dressing, grooming, getting in and out of bed, moving around the house. These are private things, and how they are done matters. We support you the way you want to be supported, with your dignity and privacy first — always.

  • Personal care done your way, at your pace
  • Your privacy and dignity protected, every single time
  • The same familiar workers, wherever we can

Travel & Transport Assistance

Missing appointments because you cannot get there is a big problem with a simple fix. We help you travel — to the doctor, to work, to class, to see family, or to your activity. We can drive you, come with you on the bus or train, or teach you the route so you can do it yourself.

  • A reliable ride to the places you need to be
  • Someone with you on public transport until you feel safe alone
  • Fewer missed appointments and fewer cancelled plans

Household Tasks

A clean, tidy home makes everything else easier. We help with the jobs that are hard to do because of your disability — cleaning, washing, changing the bed, cooking, and keeping the yard in order. You keep your home the way you like it. We just do the parts that are hard.

  • A home that stays clean and comfortable
  • Help with only the jobs you want help with
  • The same reliable day and time each week

Skills & Independence

Innovative Community Participation

Sometimes the usual group activity is not what you need. This service is one-to-one support built around your own goals — learning something new, joining a club, using technology, starting a hobby, or trying something you have never done before. It is about growing, not just filling the day.

  • One-to-one support built around your own goal
  • New skills you actually chose, not a set program
  • More confidence to do things without a worker beside you

Daily Living & Life Skills

This service is about learning to do things yourself. Cooking a meal, doing the shopping, managing your money, catching the bus, planning your week, using your phone. We teach the skill with you, in real life, one step at a time — until you do not need us for it any more.

  • Real skills you use every day, learned in real life
  • Small steps, at your speed, with no pressure
  • Less need for support over time — that is the goal

Community & Connection

Group & Centre-Based Activities

Group activities are an easy way to meet people and try new things. Art, cooking, music, games, fitness, day trips. You choose what you join. The room is friendly, the staff know you, and nobody is pushed to do more than they want.

  • Regular activities you can look forward to each week
  • A friendly group where staff know your name
  • New skills and new friends, at your own pace

Community & Connection

Community, Social & Civic Participation

Going out should not be something you have to give up. We support you to do the things you enjoy in your community — sport, church, the movies, the shops, a class, a coffee with a friend, or voting on election day. You choose where you go. We make sure getting there and being there works.

  • Support to go where you want to go
  • A regular way to stay connected with people
  • Help to take part in community and civic life, including voting

Work, Study & Life Changes

Life Stage & Transition Support

Big changes are hard on anyone. Leaving school, moving house, starting a new job, or living on your own for the first time. We help you plan the change, make the decisions, build the new routine, and settle in — at a pace that suits you.

  • A clear, simple plan for the change ahead
  • Help making decisions, without being rushed
  • Someone steady beside you until the new routine feels normal

Employment & Higher Education Support

Getting a job or starting a course takes more than an application. It takes confidence, a routine that works, and the right help on the hard days. We work with you on all three — before you start, and after you start.

  • A clear plan to get into work or study
  • Practical skills — applying, interviews, first-day nerves, daily routine
  • Support that continues after you start, not just until you start

Common questions

Choosing a service,
plainly answered.

06 questions
  • Do I need to use all your services, or can I pick one?

Just one is fine. Many participants start with a single service, most often Support Coordination or Plan Management, and add more as trust grows. Our streams are designed to work independently or in any combination.

  • What is the difference between the four service streams?

Coordination & Planning turns your NDIS plan into a working calendar. Accommodation covers where you live and the support around it (SDA, SIL, STMTA). Therapy & Allied Health is your clinical team (OT, speech, allied health). Daily Living Support is the day-to-day help that keeps your week running.

  • Can I keep providers I already use if I choose one of your services?

Yes. Under Plan Management or Self-Management you can freely mix registered and unregistered providers. We can act as coordinator around your existing team, plug into specific gaps, or replace only the pieces you want replaced.

  • How do you match a support worker or clinician to me?

Fit interviews first, shift interviews second. We match on skill, availability and shared interests, and every new worker starts alongside a lead, never solo. If the match is not right, we swap without drama or paperwork.

  • How is each service funded, and will I be charged anything upfront?

Every service is billed only against the NDIS Price Guide categories in your plan. The first conversation is always free. If a service falls outside your funding, we say so before we book anything.

  • Do you offer children's services alongside adult services?

Yes. Our clinical teams span paediatric and adult practice, and our coordination team routinely works across whole families where more than one person has an NDIS plan.

Let's begin, quietly

Not sure which service fits?

Tell us about your plan, your goals and your week. We will tell you honestly what we can help with, and what we cannot.
