Personal Care & Daily Activities

Respectful support for the everyday things that matter.

Showering, dressing, grooming, getting in and out of bed, moving around the house. These are private things, and how they are done matters. We support you the way you want to be supported, with your dignity and privacy first — always.

Our approach

A three-step rhythm
we live by.

Every engagement follows the same beat: understand you first, deliver next, then keep it honest as your goals evolve.

  1. 01

    Understand

We ask exactly how you like your personal care done, and we write it down.

  2. 02

    Deliver

Trained workers follow your routine, not a standard one. Same faces wherever possible.

  3. 03

    Check in

We ask you regularly if the support still feels right, and change it if not.

  • 01

Showering, bathing, toileting and continence support

  • 02

    Dressing, grooming and personal hygiene

  • 03

Help getting in and out of bed, and moving safely around the home

  • 04

Eating and drinking support, and medication prompts

  • 05

Support with your morning and evening routine

Common questions

The things people
ask us.

03 questions
  • Can I ask for a male or female support worker?

Yes. Just tell us your preference and we will match you. This is your body and your choice.

  • Will I get the same worker every time?

We try hard to keep the same small team, so you are not explaining your routine over and over. If someone is sick, we tell you in advance where we can.

  • What if I am not comfortable with a worker?

Tell us and we will change them, no explanation needed. You should feel safe with the person supporting you.
