Employment & Higher Education Support

Support to work, learn and move towards your goals.

Getting a job or starting a course takes more than an application. It takes confidence, a routine that works, and the right help on the hard days. We work with you on all three — before you start, and after you start.

  • 01

People looking for their first job, or going back to work

  • 02

Students starting TAFE or university who need support to keep up

  • 03

Anyone who has a job or a course but is finding it hard to hold on to it

Our approach

A three-step rhythm
we live by.

Every engagement follows the same beat: understand you first, deliver next, then keep it honest as your goals evolve.

  1. 01

    Understand

What kind of work or study do you want? What has worked before, and what has not?

  2. 02

    Prepare

Résumés, applications, interview practice, travel routes, and the routine around the week.

  3. 03

    Stay with it

Once you start, we keep supporting you. Talking with the employer or school where you want us to.

  • 01

Working out your work or study goal

  • 02

Résumé writing, job applications and interview practice

  • 03

Building work-ready skills — time keeping, communication, using transport

  • 04

Support in the workplace or on campus, and talking with your employer or school

  • 05

Ongoing check-ins so you keep the job or finish the course

Common questions

The things people
ask us.

03 questions
  • Will you find me a job?

We help you get ready, apply, and settle in. We also work with employers. We cannot promise a job, but we will be honest with you about where you stand.

  • Can you help with university, not just work?

Yes. That includes enrolment, study routines, talking with the disability support office, and keeping up with the workload.

  • What if I lose the job or drop the course?

That happens, and it is not a failure. We look at what did not work, and start again with what we learned.
