Life Stage & Transition Support

Support through life's changes, with someone by your side.

Big changes are hard on anyone. Leaving school, moving house, starting a new job, or living on your own for the first time. We help you plan the change, make the decisions, build the new routine, and settle in — at a pace that suits you.

Our approach

A three-step rhythm
we live by.

Every engagement follows the same beat: understand you first, deliver next, then keep it honest as your goals evolve.

  1. 01

    Understand

A calm first talk. What is changing, what you want out of it, and who is already helping you.

  2. 02

    Plan

We break the change into small steps, sort out the paperwork and bookings, and get everything ready before the date arrives.

  3. 03

    Settle

We stay with you after the change. New routines take time, and we adjust things until they work.

Common questions

The things people
ask us.

03 questions
  • What counts as a "life stage transition"?

Anything that changes how you live day to day. Finishing school, moving into your own place, changing jobs, moving to a new city, or a change in who supports you.

  • How long does this support last?

As long as the change takes. Some people need a few months. Others want support through a whole year of change. We review it with you.

  • Do you work with my family and my school?

Yes, if you want us to. We can talk to your family, school, employer or other providers so you are not repeating yourself to everyone.
