Accommodation & Tenancy Support

Support to find and keep a place that works for you.

Finding a home is hard. Keeping it can be harder. We help you look for a place that suits you, understand what you are signing, deal with the real estate agent, and keep on top of the things that put a tenancy at risk. So your home stays your home.

  • 01

People looking for a new place to live

  • 02

People who find rental paperwork, inspections or agents hard to deal with

  • 03

People at risk of losing their home, or who have had problems with a landlord

Our approach

A three-step rhythm
we live by.

Every engagement follows the same beat: understand you first, deliver next, then keep it honest as your goals evolve.

  1. 01

    Understand

We work out what your home needs to have. Access, location, cost and who you want to live with.

  2. 02

    Get there

We help with searching, applications, inspections and signing, and we come with you if you want.

  3. 03

    Keep it

We help with inspections, repairs, rent reminders and talking with the agent, so the tenancy stays healthy.

  • 01

Working out what kind of home suits you, and what you can afford

  • 02

Searching for homes, applying, and going to inspections with you

  • 03

Explaining leases and agreements in plain English before you sign

  • 04

Learning your rights and responsibilities as a tenant

  • 05

Talking with agents and landlords, and support if your tenancy is at risk

Common questions

The things people
ask us.

03 questions
  • Do you provide the housing yourselves?

This service is support to find and keep a home. It is not the home itself. If you need a specially built accessible home, that is Specialist Disability Accommodation, and it is a separate service.

  • Can you help if I am behind on rent or in trouble with my landlord?

Yes. Tell us early. The sooner we know, the more we can do.

  • Can you come to inspections with me?

Yes. We can come with you, help you ask the right questions, and check the place will actually work for you.
